acquire a good knowledge of different subjects.
2. Say how all mass media (newspapers, magazines, radio,
television and graphic arts) reflect the life of society. Say how
the information you get from them helps you to understand the
present-day world and its problems. Speak about Britain's or

3. Speak about the role of TV in our life. Which, in
your opinion, are the most popular TV programs? What are your
preferences?
4. If you want to keep fit and healthy, you need
exercise. Say what opportunities of sports and games you have and
what you do to keep fit.
5. Describe the place, which impressed you. Try to
persuade the listeners to make a journey to this place.
6. Describe what kind of reader you are. Speak about
kinds of books you consider most attractive. Explain your
preferences. Are there any books that have left you indifferent?
